We hold your event calendar, so nobody has to remember to call us.
Your calendar goes into our site database at the start of the year and into the client portal, where your facilities team can see what is booked. Requirements are agreed and quoted ahead of each event, so the conversation the week before is a confirmation rather than a scramble.
Event cleaning is charged hourly and quoted in advance. Where an event falls inside the normal run of the contract, we say so rather than raising a variation for it.

Open days and enrolment tours
The one day of the year the campus is being judged by people deciding where to send their child. We plan the run of the site, not just the rooms.
Productions and performances
Front of house, foyers, bathrooms and the back-of-house areas nobody budgets for. Reset between sessions rather than only at the end.

Quiet, early, and out of the way. Rooms prepared before students arrive and left alone while they are sitting.
